• Net Profit Margin per Pair: Rs.1,008/- per pair (14% of Sale Price) |

• Franchise owner must be a resident of the INDIA. |

• Monthly Pay out: Net profit transferred to franchise owner every month. |

• Deductions: 5% TDS |

• Monthly Charges: Rs.10,000 for social media promotions. |

Stock Management Policy |
||||||
|
• Once franchise owner achieves 25 pair sales per day, they must reinvest Rs.5,26,500 for another 90 |
||||||
|
• Once franchise owner achieves 50 pair sales per day, they must reinvest in their city for a 20ft x 20ft display centre “HUDDO EXPERIENCE ZONE” |
||||||
Exit & Termination Policy |
|
|
• If the City Franchise owner cancels their franchise, HUDDO will deliver back 90 pairs of shoes as final settlement. |
|
|
• Franchise Ammount (Rs.5,26,500) is non-refundable under any circumstances. |
|
|
• IIn the event of termination or cancelletion of a City Franchise, the Franchise Owner shall provide the Company with a minimum prior written notice of one (1) month. |
|
|
• Company reserves the right to transfer the city franchise to another eligible person as per HUDDO Life Science rules & regulations. |
|
|
• If the City Franchise owner is found selling or manufacturing similar products, HUDDO reserves the right to immediately terminate the franchise without any compensation. |
|
|
• I hereby confirm that I have carefully read and understood all the rules, regulations, and policies of HUDDO Life Science. I fully agree to abide by and comply with all the terms, conditions, and policies applicable to the City Franchise.
