• Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities and remote locations: 5–10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹X (set your amount, e.g., ₹999).

• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a nominal COD fee of ₹X may apply.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

• You can track your order anytime via our website’s Track Order page or courier partner’s website.

5. Delays

• While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier delays, or remote pincode issues) may affect delivery times.

• In such cases, our support team will keep you updated.
