Replacement Policy

At Huddo Shoes, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. While we take great care to deliver premium-quality footwear, we understand that sometimes a replacement may be needed.

  • Customers are eligible to request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Replacement is available only for items that meet the conditions listed below.

You may request a replacement if:

  1. The product you received is defective or damaged.

  2. The product delivered is incorrect (wrong size, color, or style).

  3. The product has a manufacturing defect.

Conditions for Replacement

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags, box, and invoice).

  • Footwear showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer you an alternative product or a store credit.

Process to Request a Replacement

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and photos of the item showing the issue.

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective/damaged).

  • Customized or personalized footwear.

  • Items reported after the 7-day window.
